who was with us a short time but left a life time of memories…
Nathan Corder

Born in to Heaven ~ May 30, 2005
Always in our hearts
It was Nathan who taught me so much…
I remember one summer morning it was nice outside, so I put Nathan in his wheel chair and sat on the porch for awhile. Nathan couldn’t talk but I knew most of the time what he wanted or was trying to say. He was looking around and suddenly he stopped, as I followed the path of his eyes I saw that it ended at a tall tree all leafed out, looking more beautiful then ever. He looked at it for what seemed like along time, he slowly turned his little head, looked at me and smiled. Then he went on looking about. It’s funny, I never noticed that tree looking so beautiful before.
Nathan was a blessing in my life and has inspired me to move forward and help other parents that are experiencing the same situations and painful loss as I have. I was introduced to two organizations very close to my heart.
Compassionate Friends is a support group that has been my life line through this journey. I was introduced to Tracy by a very wonderful lady named Jackie. It’s an organization for parents who have lost children of any age. I feel very luck to be involved in a group such as this but my heart breaks when I think about why I belong.
Next is a wonderful group called “Now I lay me down to sleep” Please visit the web sight it's so wonderful and truly inspiring.
Remember your faith and remember you're not alone…
